The weekend of June 4-5 was one of the muddiest and memorable events that Mays Gone has performed at.  Warrior Dash invaded the Hocking Hills in Logan, OH and hosted over 20,000 runners and spectators to experience “The frickin’ craziest day of your life”.  The 3.5 mile course included a dozen obstacles and ended with jumping over burning hot fire then diving into a mud pit that you had to crawl through to avoid the lines of barb wire strung above the pit.

The band performed both Saturday and Sunday with completely different sets on each day.  The band decided to join in on the fun during Sunday and let a lucky fan tackle Marc and Tim in the mud pit to get them in the appropriate wardrobe for the event.  Jon, Jarret, and Ashley all decorated themselves in mud to have corresponding outfits.  Enjoy some pictures on Flickr and Facebook.  Video from both days will be available in coming weeks with some HD footage from Saturday already up on YouTube.

To top off the weekend, drummer Jon Hull took part in the wild run following Sunday’s performance.  He made it through in one piece but his underwear sure were dirty.
